Based in Sydney, Australia, Billy Zammit is an internationally recognised Creative Director, Photographer, and Cinematographer (DP) with over a decade of experience and a global client portfolio.
Known for his distinctive creative approach, Billy’s work spans large-scale international commercial campaigns, music videos, TVCs, studio portraiture/editorial and countless live events. His ability to craft compelling visual narratives has earned the trust of brands and institutions including: The City of Sydney, NME, Republic Records, Mercedes-Benz, Gucci, Football Australia, Universal Music, Salvatore Ferragamo, Vogue, VICE and more.
Billy's creative practice was also recognised by Apple, which commissioned him for a bespoke #ShotOniPhone editorial series in 2025. He then hosted two 'Creator Sessions' live at Apple Sydney, sharing insights into his multidisciplinary workflow and visual storytelling process with a live audience.
In 2023, Billy was also nominated for an ARIA Award in the "Best Album Artwork" category for his creative direction and photography, further highlighting his impact across both the music and visual arts industries.
